Digital Product Refund Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. To request a refund, you must complete the form provided by us. Once the refund is processed, the product will be removed from your account and production.
Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review by our support team. Refunds may be denied if the product has been widely used, or there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
For digital products, once produced and shipped, no refunds will be given, except for errors caused by product personalization.
If the video is not completed and you would like to request a refund, please fill out the form below within 2 hours of purchase. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Cancellation fee after 6 hours: 30% of product price
