This "Terms of Service" agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between [Worlds Greetings] ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you" or "customer") for the use of our video creation and delivery services. By placing an order with us, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

  1. Ordering

To place an order, you must provide us with your name, email address, payment information, and images. We will use your images to create a video and deliver it to you via email.

  1. Payment Method

You agree to pay the fees specified on our website for the videos we create and deliver to you. You must provide us with valid payment information, and we will use the provided information to process your order.

  1. Delivery

We will send your video to the email address you provided during the ordering process. While we will make every effort to deliver your video within the specified timeframe on our website, we do not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.

Your video will be sent via email, so please check your spam folder.

If there are errors in your personalized video, please contact us, and we will provide a solution promptly.

However, we do not require compensation for the following:

  • Insufficient dance moves by the actors.
  • Personalized videos being too short. These videos have an average length of 40-60 seconds. Please respect the actors' labor and time. The maximum length can reach 60 seconds but not exceed this value.
  • Pronunciation errors in the text. We cannot guarantee that actors will pronounce every language perfectly.
  1. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you provide to us. By providing us with your images, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use these images to create a video for you. You also represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license.

We retain all rights to the videos we create, and without our prior written consent, you may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use these videos.

  1. Warranty and Liability Limitations

We guarantee that the videos we produce for you will be free from material and craftsmanship defects for thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. If you believe there is a defect, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not provide any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of our services, whether in contract, tort, or other forms of liability.

  1. Privacy

We will collect and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

  1. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the law and interpreted according to it, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules, with the arbitration language being English.

  1. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our services. If any term of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full force.

We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the modified terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
